Music Review

Today for my review i will be reviewing a great work of art in my oppinon it is a rap album by detroit rapper Danny Brown. The name of the album is XXX aka 30 for his age 30. He uses his weird nature to appeal to the audience in a crazy way. You see Danny has 2 different voices he has a huge high voice that too some will make them stop listening to the get go. In fact i didnt even give him the time of day the first time i heard him because his voice to me was obnoxious. but what ended up happening is that while searching for other music for other people i heard his song DNA which he used his baratone voice that wasnt annoying. You see XXX the album it self is a party full of Drugs Lust and Rage thats the first half of the album but the seccond half is what is real the seccond is the comedown him talking about personal problems and pain and drug addiction how its effected him and his family friends and problems with his city. Danny is from detroit. In fact his song Outerspace he talks about being an Aderal Admeral because he was hooked on the drug and idolizes it. But in his song DNA later in the album part of the comedown he claims his drug addiction is genetic growing in the slums of detroit his messed up way of life was inevitable. And as a listener you feel his pain. especially in his song XXX he talks about all his problems the drugs the women the poverty he talks about chasing his dream to do music but his girlfriend not supporting him at all and a daughter he barely sees. He talks about being stressed and pain from everything element and pain in his life. All in all i give the Album a 9/10 because once you grasp it it is trully amazing thanks for reading!

The biggest problem in America is people that refuse to take advantage of the blessings that the country gives to us. Free education , even wealthfare for those who cant provide for them selves. It truly bothers me because there is so much promise and so much help is given but no one takes advantage of it and that truly saddens me. People in developing countries will die and have died to fight and peruse to get into the United States. For instance people in mexico who try to cross the border just for their children. It shows the adversities and hell people face day by day to get to be able to do what they wish to do

A famous person whom I can't stand is bill oreily i feel as if he is very ignorant or just somebody that is trying to find contreversy and that just annoys me very much.. to be continued

MIA BAD GIRLS SUPER BOWL HALFTIME SHOW

I feel a if me personally being a fan of MIA I am used to her controversial tactics and as a fan i have learned to accept her skew of abnormal behavior. So this article isnt really a shocker I Know that mia uses shock value to her highest level when ever given the chance. Bad girls wasnt no exception she utilized the total abomination of women in arabic culture where many westerners would say they dont have rights. The women in this video were indeed " Bad girls" and being able to do things that would not be tolerated in the middle east. Manny applaud MIA for these efforts and the article spoke of just that so it was very interesting to read something that i felt was true and it really shows MIA utilizes the way of expressing ones self and personal opinion with her music videos and actions it is truly a sight too see. NO WHERE NEAR SELLING OUT.

- what is expected of men and women in America in 2012 that’s specific to gender? I feel in 2012 there is definitely a double standard with women and men. You can see the social behavior on shows like the jersey show i think that would probably be the best example to display. You see in the jersey shore theyre a family basically of Italian guidos and guidetes. They work during the day then go out partying and take people back home and do theyre deeds. The men are exalhted while the women are ridiculed and known as whores or things of that nature while the men are seen as cool or players. For me a woman is the opposite and opposites attract and i view women as equals. - how are men and women perceived in America in 2012 by the opposite sex?what are the difficulties/advantages of being a man or a woman in 2012? Women to some are still percived as unequal / all they are fit to do is cook and clean and i think that is wrong. Im not sure of the advanteges/ disavantages. - what are some stereotypes associated with being a man or a woman in 2012? But as for stereo types men not being loving and women being caring and what not

2. Using one of last week’s Scenario Questions, Write a 5 line answer-explanation from the perspective of one of the characters from Garcia Girls. Put simply, if Yolanda or Carlos, etc. were posed this question, based on what you know about them thus far, how would they answer, and why?

I just want my daugjhter to be good and put in a position where she doesnt disgrace our family that is all i want in life and i think the responsibility of a good father i should do everything in my power to enforce an protect my daughter and my family name. So i conclude in my opinion that im doing everything right

1) to me Albert Einstien is definately important due to his contributions of science but as some one who had an impact on me not really. Compared to somebody who has magical powers that would have more of an impact than just some scientist.

5) Well i like my collar bone and i also like Alice in Chains a little bit so i wouldnt mind you have to take sacrifices for the people that you love. If it came down to just listening to music i would have no problem because im a muscian and i love music as well.

7) Hands down lochness monster i heard all these stories of nessie when i was a child growing up and finding out about the lochness would be a dream come true it would be crazy to do that crazy monster are you serious forget sasquatch or anything else.

12) honestly if a wizzard did that i would yell witch craft and just like the good ol' days in salem we would either burn him alive or drown him because thats what needs to be done for witches i dont tolerate witch craft and demonic behaivior

16)honestly know the future and all of that would take the thrill out of life as i know it if i was in that perdicament id honestly kill myself or freeze my self in ice like walt disney it would honestly be the only solution to what i find as a problem

19)I would just kick my friend and laugh if they get madf at me id tell them they were about to die and if they were not greatful for my kick i would slap them some more because thats messed up to not be greatful for a good friend.

20)the brutal honest one the one i would bwe afraid to see but would need to see to make sure it was true and see my life as it is trully documented the things i hate the things i love and all that good stuff

The Cover

When i examine this fine book that we are assigned for language arts class I cant help but to do what they told me not to do since ive ever started reading. They told me to never judge a book by its cover but with this intruiging book covered in yell0w i cant help but to actually be intrested. With out even taking a look at the back of the book i assume that due to the mature legs on the front cover this book will be sensual in one way or another. Covered in chetah fur and legs crossed as if the charecter on the front page of the book was a gypsy of some sort or promiscuos in one way or another due to her heels, maybe even a prostitute. As i ponder these thoughts i cant help but notice the bird on the the tree branch and this gives me hope. theres always a sign of innocence when you see a cute little bird on a tree branch, well atleast for me. When i see garcia i automaticly think of mexico or latin american theme or family of some sort. What if these girls are a band of rebels that go by the garcia girls, or what if these girls are illegal immigrants the authours name Julia Alevarez she must be influenced by mexican or latin culture i am positively sure of that as the reader and due to this i can be in a w0rld full of mexican culture just like the previous books required for me to read in high school. " Oh Joy'( sarcasticly) I guess you could say i was never into mexican food or mexican culture and the books i read before in my oppinion were horendous to be completely honest. But we will see....
